How it works

Clean, dry skin.Wash and dry your face. No lip balm or moisturiser.

Strip across the nose.Peel the backing and press it over the bridge of your nose.

Tape over closed lips.Close your lips and place the tape over the centre.

Peel off in the morning.Lift from one corner and peel slowly. Single use.

What's in each pouch?
30 mouth tapes and 30 nasal strips, in two sealed inner packs inside a resealable pouch. That's 30 nights.
Strong Hold or Gentle Hold?
Strong Hold is our firmest adhesive. Gentle Hold uses a lighter adhesive, a good place to start if you're new to mouth tape.
What is the Vented option?
The same oval tape with a narrow slit in the centre, so a little air can pass through.
How do I take it off?
Lift from one corner and peel slowly. Wet the edges with warm water if needed. Each tape and strip is single use.
Who shouldn't use it?
It's for adults only. Don't use it if you can't breathe comfortably through your nose, or after alcohol or drowsy medicine. If you have a medical condition, ask your doctor or pharmacist first. See the safe use guide.
