How to use

Start with clean, dry skin. Press a nasal strip across the bridge of your nose. Close your lips and place a mouth tape over the centre. In the morning, lift from one corner and peel slowly.

What's in each pouch?

Strong Hold or Gentle Hold?

Strong Hold is our firmest adhesive. Gentle Hold uses a lighter adhesive, a good place to start if you're new to mouth tape.

What is the Vented option?

The same oval tape with a narrow slit in the centre, so a little air can pass through.

How do I take it off?

Lift from one corner and peel slowly. Wet the edges with warm water if needed. Each tape and strip is single use.

Who shouldn't use it?

It's for adults only. Don't use it if you can't breathe comfortably through your nose, or after alcohol or drowsy medicine. If you have a medical condition, ask your doctor or pharmacist first. See the safe use guide.
